Love cars? The Detailing Gang wants a Customer Relationship Manager to join our Okhla Phase 2 workshop in New Delhi. Build strong relationships with customers and bring in repeat business. What you will do: - Stay in touch with customers and understand their needs - Handle bookings, feedback and complaints end to end - Work with the team to improve the customer experience You should have: - 2 years of hands-on experience - Good skills in Client Handling, Communication, Follow-ups - Experience in sales, support or client handling - Good communication and basic computer skills We work 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, 6 days a week, and pay ₹25,000 to 35,000 a month.
